	Great service
Andrewr	Took my Ford Escape in for an oil change and found that my brakes (rotors and pads) needed to be replaced and the plugs needed replaced also. I knew the brake pads needed replaced (and with 140K miles it doesn't surprise me that the rotors needed replacing) and there was a miss every once in a while in the transmission (which I have been told can be fixed by changing the plugs). So, all these repairs needed to be done. No more miss in the transmission while driving. Brakes work great. The only worry I have is that I paid too much for labor. Didn't get any o quotes from other shops on this work so I'm not sure.

Lesliek	All-Star Automotive took my car in last minute and were still able to provide me a ride to and from my clinical rotation! Greg is amazing. He takes the time to explain things and he wants you to understand what is going on with your car. I was busy all day so phone calls were out of the question and he was able to text me all of the information I needed--including pictures of things I needed to see. I could not have asked for more. When going to All-Star Automotive I feel more like I am taking my car to a trusted friend rather than a mechanic. Thank you all for everything you do!

Anonymous	My husband and I moved to Columbia in 2007 and began looking for an auto mechanic who would do good work and honestly represent the needed work. We heard from several trusted friends that they always took their cars to All Star Automotive. We agree with the referrals. They give you information before work is done and give you the details you need to decide. This garage does an inspection when you first arrive, they list needed work in a prioritized order so we had the option of what "had to be done" verses"what should be done soon" to "what could wait a while". I refer them to all my friends.

As luck would have it, the first place I went to was closed so I called All Star Automotive and got an angel named Sylvia. Sylvia went above and beyond in helping us get the car towed and expert repair. The entire staff was outstanding and I can't say enough good things about them! I had my 4 yr old son with me and he was able to watch TV while we waited for our oil change. The service manager explained some other maintenance issues that my car needs and gave me price estimates which I thought were reasonable. We will definitely go to All Star Auto for car maintenance and repair issues in the future!

	Timing Belt Time
Miker	Of course, when your car is running perfectly, you don't want to spend the money to fix something that has not failed -- YET. I was well past the lifespan of my Honda Civic's timing belt by two lives -- the staff patiently would remind me that it is much better to fix before there is a catosprophic problem. It was the patience and zero pressure that re-assured me that it was not just the shop trying to earn extra money but, a real caring for the customer and the life of the car.
