If nothing unexpected pops up, after the work is done, the service manager goes over the service ticket, explaining the items and answering your questions before payment is made. If anything unforwseen occurs, big or small, the client is told before anything is done, the options are explained, and only the items that the client approves are done. The Washingtonian Checkbook rated Skyline Automotive a very good value for excellent service at reasonable prices.All technicians are ASE certified and several received Master Technician certification. Call them when you r car needs service. You can trust them for an honest anslysis, excellent service at (definitely) lower-than-dealer prices, and a good guarantee. You will be treated fairly with courtesy and honesty.

I will continue to utilize this shop. I drive a foreign make car and the level of service they provide here is superior to that received at the dealer. They are very proactive in letting you know what could become an issue in the near future but honest enough to say it is not needed today but you should do it in the coming months etc. I can say that on my initial visit I was a little perplexed regarding how clean it is there as most shops of that type don't have the level of cleanliness; however, it shows they take pride in what they do and will take care of you car in as good a manner as they keep the shop. The waiting room is a plus.
