Summary: Friendly, helpful and professional

Review: Thank you for asking me to fill out this survey. I've already shared our experience with Brant, Ellis Motors and their caring about us and our car with our closest friends. I experienced high quality care and attention from Brant to fix the car's problem. ( not knowing what was wrong other than a loud rubbing sound in the rear driver side.) Brant first helped by giving me a tow truck number to Amos that was very helpful in getting our car to the shop safely. Then, Ellis motors told us what was wrong, scheduled the repair and had all the parts then fixed our car on the day scheduled. I liked very much their comunications with us through their internet connection and text routing to my phone so I knew what was going on. Thank you Brant for the Senior discount, which really helped us and shows you care and understand the struggles many seniors face with any unexpected financial situations that occure with senior citizens due to health or automotive encumbrances and higher costs right now due to skyrocketing inflation charges due to shipping increases and higher than normal fuel charges that force changes beyond our finance comforts.
