Summary: Honest and efficient

Review: Quality of work seems good and staff is friendly. However, they performed and charged for services which were not authorized or agreed to up front, which unnecessarily drove up the service cost.

Reply: Garth, I am sorry to hear that you feel the needed repairs were not correctly communicated with you. Our policy is to communicate and authorize every single recommended repair before we proceed with the job. The phone conversations are captured, dated and time stamped and printed on every Repair Orders. I am sorry we did not do a good job communicating this with you. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. We'll do our best to do a better job next time. MattO.
