"I feel the staff at Chase Automotive do a good job and I dedicated. I recently had my Toyota Highlander serviced at Chase. The needs service symbol was on my dash for a week before I took it in. After service my wife drove the vehicle home. I was disappointed the "needs service" indicator had not been reset. As a result I had to take the vehicle back to Chase and have it reset. They did it at my convenience and were very polite. However, it should have been taken care of before I got it back. The service needed indicator was on when they drove it out of the shop to the parking lot. It appears someone was not paying attention."

Unexpected bonus: they found what my long lost eyeglasses case! For the sake of full disclosure: they are a client of mine, but even if they weren't, I'd still take my car to Hillside. Mike was great."

"I highly recommend Heritage auto repair. They were very knowledgeable and fair in price. They went thru the car and let us know what else would be needing attention but did not push us to fix anything but what we came in for. They gave us some info on a couple problems we had to try to fix ourself to save some money. We were very pleased with the service we got. We will definitely return."

"I had coolant spilling out and steam coming from the engine. After a block test, another garage nearby told me I either had a bad head gasket or cracked/warped cylinders. They made an assumption, misdiagnosed and escalated it to the most expensive thing they could do, then quoted me 20 hours of work and about $5k. So I asked around and found out about Heritage and took it there. Terri took the time to discuss and ask further questions and troubleshoot with me about what they could do. They found that it wouldn't hold any coolant, it just spilled out immediately. Hole in the radiator! So after checking with me they replaced the radiator and got the engine nice and hot and did their engine test and there was no leaks. The engine was fine. Saved $4500+ and found my new permanent mechanics. Thank you!!"

"The customer service provided, particularly by Jared, is exceptional. He definitely goes above and beyond, displaying a genuine desire to resolve problems, not just give a superficial answer. I feel he treats my car with the attention and effort he would give his own. The quality of work appears to be above average. I have noted nothing to complain about, but also do not have much to compare against. I usually perform my own maintenance and only seek out a mechanic when the repair is beyond my ability, requires special tools or knowledge, or I need the work done quickly. Consequently, I have only used about 3-4 other local shops. I would put Garry's quality at equal to one and better than the rest."
