"I took my 2017 X3 for an in-between oil change and as usual I was treated with respect and honesty. This car has only 7,000 miles, and according to BMW its 1st service is due around 12,000 miles. I'd rather spend $100 at 7,000 than wait 5,000 more miles for 1st service. By doing these "in-between" oil changes at Eastside Bavarian, I learn if there is anything my car may need under warranty, so I can point it out at BMW before my guarantee expires. I totally recommend this shop, since they offer competitive prices and treat clients well."

"I went in with a nail in my tire which could not be patched. Mike was very honest with his evaluation of my tire. Charlie quickly let me know that they had my tire in stock. I told him I had 30 minutes because I had to pick up my daughter. He had it done in 25. Morgan was very pleasant and gave me a bottle of water while I waited. I also frequent Hillside gas station across the street and they are always friendly and helpful. A first class business with employees who know how to treat customers! Highly recommended!!!"
