Being charged 226 AFTER a 40.00 discount tells me I was taken advantage of. Have spoken to several who had the same reaction. It’s funny. Was working in wolfeboro and many people I worked with spoke poorly of a problem. I defended you saying that you always fixed any issues you caused. This was the straw though. I will stick with my dealership as they have always been fair and I never walk away with a procreated but the service I received. Just wanted th let you know why you’re loosing my business as well as any recommendations to others. They are nice and try to satisfy the customer. Every visit I’ve left with a new problem. They will resolve, so that is good. Just wonder what my next surprise will be. Have traveled to Portsmouth to see my favorite dealership. For years. Never have an issue. It’s just a huge time commitment that I tried to avoid by going here

	Brought my truck the would not go into reverse for over 6 months.
Charles A. WOLFEBORO, NH	Brought my truck the would not go into reverse for over 6 months. Drove it there and unloaded my motorcycle. They called me to tell me there was an internal problem with transmission and I should replace it. I was given a $5500 installed estimate!!! He said a rebuilt and a brand new transmission was within 100$ of each other. I called Ford where I usually go and they quoted me 3900 installed with an equal warranty. I called a transmission repair shop in Farmington NH and got a rebuilt replacement cost of 3600. I called and said I was going to pick up my truck because the price was too high. 2 hours later I arrived on my motorcycle to load it up and drive away but my truck would barely move. “The transmission malfunction”message came immediately on along with check engine light.” When I brought the truck there, there was ONLY an issue with reverse as I had told them I’d been driving with no reverse for 6 months and just wanted to see if it could be fixed. The mechanic left early that day though and they had no information so I had to leave my truck there because I told them I wanted to leave with my truck in the same condition as when I brought it there. That was Friday so it will sit there til Monday when the mechanic returns and hopefully he will fix whatever he did. I understand stuff happens but I was presented with an outrageous price and a vehicle that was worse than when I brought it there when they were only assessing the situation and giving estimate. I will give a follow up review after this is over and I hope I can give a more positive one!
