Eugene C. SUFFIELD, CT	I was hoping for an honest quote , but this was the wrong place to look for honesty. I was given an estimate of $1,200.00 to replace a PCV on an XC90. I was told it requires a 7 hour labor to replace the part. The cost of the part was less than $200 the labor involved was 15 minutes. Beware !! Downright crooks!!

Cost just to "look" at an issue and prepare an estimate was a bit high, but at least in my case they merely tightened up some nuts and did not try to charge me for that. Also, when they charge to just "look" at an issue, they actually inspect all sorts of things -- all fluid levels, serpentine belts, brake pad wear in my case, loose ball joints, etc., so the "look" does not merely include the one wheel, and the singular issue in my case. I presume they do a rather thorough overall "look" to ensure every customer drives away in a safe vehicle, so that extra cost is worth it. Bottom line: AAAA++++ from what I saw.
