For the first time ever after picking it up, the very back, truck space looked like someone looked all through it in a hurry, all contents were clearly moved around, I had a rolled sleeping bag and it was left unrolled in a total different spot than I left it, same with my workout bag and items in the very back of my suv. Was not happy and very dissappointed about that. I was shocked and called your office right away.

Frank's had a rubber nipple left over from another job that could be made to function as the $200 replacement part. They sold me the part for $20. Total cost installed was $30. Thank you all for fixing the problem at 1/10th the cost. You'll continue to get my business.

I was impressed by how well the office looks. The people there had an excellent attitude and were very helpful. When the time came to pick up my BMW, I was surprised of how low my bill was. We needed to also have the car programmed by Mercedes electronically which took Mercedes an extra day to complete. They provided us a rental vehicle and kept us updated on the status of the vehicle. This was my first experience going to this location and they provided us a ride to our house and back. I have the vehicle and right now it runs like new. Adam and Fred did everything to keep cost down and provide us with options.

Anonymous	Hello, as always Adam does a great job at explaining the bill in terms we can understand, rather than a list of part numbers that mean nothing to the average layman, he takes the time to go over the bill until we could understand it. Adman is our favorite guy there, he treats us with respect but is still very personable and down to earth. He gives us a thank you discount whenever it's possible and they always seem to do a go job. I am going to "rib" them a little tho.....came to pick up car ( s-500) and paid the bill but car wasn't washed!.....ha! Not a big deal but we were picking up my Mother- in - law in a dirty car.....a little disappointing. I still give a very high praise to Adam and his crew, all nice folks!
