I would like to suggest one thing, my last visit I had a oil change, with a coupon was on sale. When I got the bill it was higher than I expected. This was due to a disposal fee of $3.00. It would be good your customers are aware that the coupon specials do not reflect the disposal fee, it was not printed on the coupon or mentioned to me when I first came in. It would not changed my decision to get the oil change, but would liked knowing before hand. I am now home and had the work done and very pleased. The major work I had done previously stopped the oil leak and it has never come back. That is a blessing.
