When you talk with the staff, you don't get a 'rushed' feeling like some other shops I've experienced. After my most recent repair, the owner personally texted me asking how my car was doing. I really appreciate how they assess my whole car at each visit and give me a report with ratings on each area. They appear to take pride in their work and really care, that's what keeps our family coming back.

I have brought three different vehicles to Garry's for unrelated issues. All three times I was greeted promptly and pleasantly. They listened to me as I tried to explain the problems, offering suggestions to better understand. At no time was I rushed or made to feel small because of my limited knowledge, nor pushed into purchasing unnecessary services. They explained their procedures simply enough and answered any questions I had. They got my vehicles in fairly quickly and contacted me with the issues they found and possible courses of action. The staff were very accommodating in keeping costs down. I have been recommending Garry's since my first visit and I will continue to do so as long as they are open for business.
