As a woman, it is nice that the staff always takes the time necessary to explain to me exactly what the issue is, including showing me a photo or diagram if warranted....and they are never condescending. The work is done well and completed in a timely manner. They seem to have a lot of integrity, and I never get the feeling that they are fixing things unncessarily. They will even prioritize repair work needed if I ask 'what can wait?' Everyone is pleasant and the shuttle service to/from work or home is a great convenience. No one likes taking their car in to be fixed, but it helps to have a place you can go to that does a good job and charges fairly.

I went across the street to Lawrence Volvo, where the car was initially purchased (not by me), to inquire about a replacement. I was told that the solution was to purchase a new one for $250, which did not include a $150 fee to "program" the remote key to my car. I brought my problem to George, who replaced the battery and charged me $11. That anecdote perfectly describes my experience, over the last 5 years and 2 cars, with Joe's. Customer service - in this case finding the best and most cost effective solution for ME, the customer - really means something to them. I will never go anywhere else.
