I brought in my vehicle noting that the ABS and AWD warning lights were activated and need to be checked. I left $2000 lighter in the pocket. Started my car and both warning lights remain. Service manager didn't even mention that additional service was needed when they called to say my car was "ready" or upon pickup. I went back in and was given an additional quote for $525 to replace 1 front wheel bearing. Disappointed with the communication and service during this visit.

The last time I had my truck serviced there, I had my oil pan plug fall out on a highway, in rural Vermont, where there was no cell service. Lost all my oil. It was 2 days after they changed my oil. I missed a nights work (losing roughly $620 in pay). They wouldn't eimburse me for it. Had a night in a hotel that they wouldn't reimburse either, and a tow to the nearest dealer, with the added cost of engine diagnostic, and oil replacement It was a major hassle, and costly. All they did was refund the cost of the oil change. I'm still pretty angry about it. I was stranded on the side of a highway for about an hour and a half. If not for a good Samaritan, who drove me to where there was cell service, I would have been there half the night.

Though I didn’t have an appointment and arrived in the afternoon, they were able to fit me into their schedule and fix the issue. I would definitely recommend this Car Care Center to others.

They told me starter looked fine and I needed other work. I had my car back a day and a half before I had to call the fire department because my starter did the same thing again.
