David G. San Fransisco	This is a follow up to an earlier excellent experience at All Wheel Truck & RV Repair trying to diagnose a check engine light. They couldn’t nail it down specifically so advised to see if it repeats after being reset. After driving about 200 miles, it did re-light, so I decided to bring my motorhome back to the shop to have the fuel pump replaced. Rob, the service manager explained that it may not be the only problem, but that with 93,000 miles on it, it would be a preemptive repair and a good idea. I called Monday morning and they had me come in the next day - a huge benefit as we were just passing through. We arrived around noon and I was able to park in a bay where I could hook-up to 30 amp power. They got to work immediately and at quitting time, I was able to stay on-site in my rig overnight. I was also having oil and lube service while I was there. They always kept me informed of progress and all work went without a hitch. On the second day of work, I managed to pick up a screw in my tow car tire. All Wheel repaired the tire and remounted it - at no charge. They even tightened down the lug nuts on all the wheels. Throughout the process, they were always friendly, courteous and respectful. They also had great recommendations for meals. I would come back here for work anytime. Upon leaving, they emailed the final inspection report detailing all that they did. I’ve now driven about 350 miles with no recurrence so far.

Customer service guy Ron, gave us an appointment for the next morning and had the motor home on the computer quickly upon our arrival to diagnose the problem. When it wasn’t immediately clear what the cause of the check engine light was on, they reset the system and repeatedly treat drove the rig to see if they could force the light on again. They couldn’t, but presented options to consider, and gave me the code to compare in the event it happens again.
