Ann G.	The staff at Portland Automotive were excellent - they got my vehicle into the shop quickly in the event there were safety issues. There were and I was provided a free loaner. My vehicle was under warranty and they worked with the company to ensure all of the issues were covered and that quality parts were approved to replace existing. I also scheduled all the general maintenance required to be completed. It was a significant amount of work but they were able to turn it around in 2 days! I would highly recommend Portland Automotive - they are courteous professional thorough and quick!

Helen C.	I was on my way to a funeral when my temperature gauge went to red and stayed there. The owner's manual indicated a fix was needed ASAP or permanent damage would be likely. I pulled in to Portland Automotive Inc. and met Rasheam. He was so incredibly kind and helpful. He went out of his way to work with me immediately so I would not be late for the funeral. He had his mechanic take a look and explain the most common reasons for the problem and what they could do to help me for the least cost. They both were very professional. They lent me a car (no charge!) so I would not be late for the funeral. They fixed my car for less than the estimate. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with this business!
