He was even able to work with me on the price so that the impact was not as heavy as initially expected. Also, the warranty on the parts and labor was triple that of the previous job. Killians service manager, Darryl, took the time to explain the issues & answer my questions; I was even able to speak with the mechanic who was wrenching on my car. They really made me feel more at ease with the overhaul that had to be done with the car. Great company, with a fantastic work ethic! I've already recommended them to my brother and mother-in-law. I had no response until 3:30 the following afternoon concerning what needed to be done to complete my service. I authorized the repairs and then was informed the parts would not be available until the next day. There was never any discussion of not being able to complete the repairs on the scheduled day, which resulted in having to make other arrangements. When I was informed that the repairs were completed and I could pick my vehicle up, I went in and found that in fact the repairs had not been completed. At that point Darrel took over and got the situation taken care of resulting in the overall experience ending on a positive note.

They found some normal wear and tear items that needed to be repaired. However, they hadn't yet figured out why the car was having an intermittent acceleration problem. Knowing that, given the age of the car, the cost of repairing the unknown acceleration problem might be more than we were willing to put into the car, they not only didn't make any repairs until they could figure out all of the problems, they actually explained why they didn't want to make the repairs. They treated us like they would want to be treated. These guys are golden!

I need other work done and everything was explained and noted on my invoice including the cost. Killian will also provide a ride to and from their service center as the work is extensive and will take a few hours to complete and I have no other transportation. Very nice! The staff is both courteous and knowledgable, prices are in line (or better) than what the car dealers or other service centers have to offer. Check out their service coupon, it can't be beat!!!
