Brakes are fine, shocks are fine, replace power steering pump 2x wth bad parts...Keep It New found the issues and fixed what I asked them to. As well they diagnosed a full set of repairs and service the trucks needs just as periodic maintenance for its age. All things i expected but no one else wanted to do. I appreciate the open honest and great service. I look forward to bring it back.

Your quality of work is fine but I find all the contact post-work harassing. 3 separate emails and a phone call are not necessary for an oil change. You've "reached out" too much for the repairs. (Which, by the way total over $2000 on a car worth about the same). Everyone was nice and I appreciate the thorough service but there comes a point where there's just too much contact. Without the additional emails and calls, it would have been a better experience. Ideally, one email with the findings and I'll call you when I want to set up the service. Again, please view this as constructive criticism, since I do like your shop.

Gary C. Brentwood, CA	As a recent arrival to Brentwood, I selected KINAS from neighborhood recommendations and Yelp reviews after the car brakes started squealing yesterday. I called my top three potential shops for estimates on break jobs. Two gave similar estimates and I was annoyed when the KINAS representative politely explained they didn't provide estimates over the phone given the many variables involved even in the common brake service. My wife convinced me that's maybe a good sign (think doctors / diagnosis). I agreed and decided to see how it would go. I called the next morning and got an appointment to have the brakes checked out that afternoon. She said it could take about an hour for a thorough check. The front office was very friendly, explained the process, and I started on my book in their clean and comfortable waiting area. In about 1 hour I was told the car was ready and the brakes were still adequately within requirements and in good shape. The squeal could not be replicated in a road test so they cleaned the brake system as well gave the car a thorough general inspection. I was blown away when I was provided a detailed written report including everything that was inspected along with actual photos! To top it off, there was no charge! Keep It New Auto Service will definitely be taking care of our two cars from now on.
