I was redeeming a coupon for a free oil change that the owners of Heritage had given as a gift the their children's teachers, so I'm already a fan because of the very kind gesture. The folks at Heritage are community and service minded. They didn't just change my oil, they also gave me a complete review of the overall condition of my car, gave me a hard copy of that review (including pictures of the engine) and emailed a digital copy to me. At the last minute I asked the owner about a small problem I was having with the windshield wipers, so he walked out to my car and spent an additional 15 minutes with me. I highly recommend these friendly, knowledgeable and professional folks at Heritage Auto.

Scott got me in the NEXT DAY! I was able to drop my van after hours and pick it up after hours. Scott was able to do everything over the phone, saving me valuable work time.
