L.G.A.S. has great customer service, and all of their mechanics are very knowledgeable, courteous, fast, efficient, and above all, honest, which is rare for most auto repair places. Prior to doing the work, they told me exactly everything that was wrong with my vehicle (in detail). They replaced the entire head & on my 01' Honda CRV this past January & gave it a valve job. My car has never ran better! :) I HIGHLY recommend Dave & the crew over at Las Gatos auto Service!

Yvonne M.	Tops, tops, tops! First met owner as president of local chamber of commerce over 10 yrs ago, tho' had long-term car guru already (When I find something good, I'm loyal.). However, began passing out LG Automotive business cards over the years cuz I had such respect for Mr. Hernandez' low key, non-bragging demeanor, plus kept getting unsolicited positive comments from friends, clients and other car people about this particular shop. Just before my BMW finally died, I called Dave re fix-or-dump my '94. I had been referring folks to them before I became a solid customer with my new car (My former guru did only BMW's--dropped me after all those years.). I was whining to good friend who (behind my back) called his best friend, known to be very fussy about who handled his ride, for a top/honest new auto shop for me--Los Gatos Automotive (once again!). Frosting on my cake, as I already knew who'd be my new fix-it place. Not only is the owner patient (I'm a car ignoramus, but I like learning.), informative and honest to a fault, whole staff is that way. They work well together, conferring as a business, no egos in the way of sound work. A pleasure to deal with. I got my new stash of their business cards yesterday to hand out cuz I don't memorize numbers. If quality, honesty and efficiency is important in getting your broken car back to you asap, call Los Gatos Automotive. Whoever answers will be super helpful. Happy car, happy me--just ask the guys when I leave.

Ricardo G.	I came in for a 15K mile service on my 2013 Honda Accord. I was informed what the scope of the work to be done was and the approximate cost. Dave noticed uneven wear on the tires and upon further investigation found out my car needed both a front and rear end alignment. They take digital pictures when possible of things they have inspected or replaced and email you a file that contains the images along with the inspection record. All work was done professionally and in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and courteous. I will use Los Gatos Auto Service again.
