Joy provided me with an accurate time about when the car would be available and completely repaired. She called me when it was ready. When I picked up the car it was a easy payment transaction. Their establishment is very clean. When I went in to Joy and all of the staff were very polite and respectful. The owner of the facility was very patient and kind. I had a personal issue when I arrived. And the owner was very accommodating and respectful of my situation and he had made the overwhelming process a lot more manageable. This company is very trustworthy. My car repairs were prefect and they are still doing good. And they were affordable and put on fast and efficiently.
