Good Day! My name is Luisa Findley and I am the proud owner of Finsanto Automotive Repair Shop, serving San Antonio and Helotes. First of all, I would like to thank all of our loyal customers and would also like to thank those of you who are taking the time to read about us and considering us your local auto repair shop.

I was inspired to build Finsanto by my own personal experiences when dealing with mechanics. After one particular incident I had a “light bulb” moment. I decided to open my own automotive shop based on the principals of full-disclosure, high-quality parts and service, with fair pricing. We have retained many customers over the years because of our ability to keep the customer involved at every level of service, constantly updating you on the status of your vehicle.

Today, Finsanto has been open since 2008 and I’m proud to say we have satisfied many customers with our refreshing outlook on auto repair, “We service people, not cars!” Being family owned and operated allows us the opportunity to provide a flexible and customized experience to our customers. Extensive training, background checks, and drug tests ensure that all our employees are the best of the best at Auto Repair, Brake Repair & Service, Oil Change, Factory Scheduled Maintenance Repair and Transmission Repair & Replacement. Our knowledgeable service advisers will walk you through any type of repair or maintenance needed for your vehicle in language you can understand.

Markl	People congenial and service was handled same day as I took my car in. I was a little disappointed with price quotes notary chinch the final bill. Started out T possibly $119 as a tease. Then told $368, once they tore into the car. I was ok with that. Then at time of pick up of my car, the final bill was 424.00. They had not added in the tax, etc. just s hard poll to swallow. We were going to leave the car with you guys for the repair (and to do an oil change/service). Long story short, you guys were on my car like rabid wolves. The location is excelent and they have a rental car company to pick you up when your car is getting fixed . Yusukem	Knowledgeable, professional, and offered the most solutions to all issues so far compared to taking our VW bug anywhere else in SA. (Including the dealership.) They tracked down where the oil leak was coming from which no one was able to determine the origin of, offered to actually turn off the semi permanently on engine check light. Same price as changing the battery at the dealership but doubled the warranty period. Cheaper on all other repairs compared to the dealership, and I'm not sure why but the car seems to be running the smoothest it's ever ran after hitting over 100k miles. Will be taking all my cars here from no on in the future if any issues arises. Most excellent quality for customer service provided.
