The greatest wild card in auto repair is what needs to be repaired and what is not part of the problem. Black Rock keeps you in the loop with videos of troubleshooting steps, pictures of problems/parts, and phone calls letting you know where they are in the process. Hey are a breath of fresh air compared to the dealers. I will never go back to the dealer as long as Black Rock is around. I have 2 Land Rovers and it's great knowing that there is a shop like Black Rock to service my vehicle whenever it is needed.
