My Jeep was towed that same day , no charge along with a free diagnostic . I had went to firestone previously and they told me my battery was fine - I needed a new one and a couple of other things that Firestone missed. I’ll never take it anywhere else! Savita C.	I had a really great experience at Parker four wheel drive. They have the knowledge and experience that worked for me. I had taken my 09' Jeep Liberty to another auto shop that claim that they work on all cars and can do all repairs. After paying the 50.00 diagnostic fees twice and being referred to the dealership, because they were unable to do the programming codes, I found Parker four wheel drive, while doing research online. At Parker they do a no charge diagnostic and then tell you up front what the cost will be. They had my car for about 2 days. They were able to fix the heating problem I was having, and even found a leak, that the other shop never mentioned. They were also able to set me up with a rental car. I would highly recommend this place.

My Chevy has been put through the ringer and Anthony did a great job figuring out all that was wrong with it. Not only did I request they figure out all the problems but I asked if they could fix it in 12 hrs due to my work schedule. I dropped it off at 7 am and had it back the same day. They are truly great guys and I'll be going back in the future for any further work.
