The quotes were meant confusing and were the initial quotes, but the fact remains of how changing a fuel pump assembly and fuel tank control module warrants a charge of $705.00 of labour cost? I paid for the work done on the fuel separatly and before authorizing any additional work intentionally as not to mix up bills, but that exactly what the.did. I will post the bill on Audi forums and review portal to find out of $$705.00 for labour installing a fuel pump module and assembly is reasonable by any means.

Edwin W. Elgin, IL	The agent Daniel was not on the same page with me when I explained my purpose of why I was coming to this shop for service. He assured me he would fill out a form for my emissions test of up to $450.00 in repairs to request a waiver if my vehicle failed the second test. Instead he threw at me a bunch a list of non essential repairs apart from my requested service. Then Daniel came back to say the car was at a point of no return. I stressed and struggled with him and Martha who stood behind him and the mechanical inspection report. The report "FAILED" to discover the fuel line leak that placed the vehicle into immediate danger if something happened to cause a spark that more than likely lead to a car fire. You would think this would be detected by these people when they claimed "WE LOOKED OVER THE ENTIRE CAR"" and did not even come close to the true root of the problems and all you people wanted to do is say "Honest 1 Auto care" without standing by their name and screwed me over and stole over $67.00 bucks from me and did not apologize to the level of admitting their mistakes. I'll never go back to them and would not recommend them even if they were the last mechanics on earth to go to and get ""DISHONEST CARE""!!! I AM VERY UPSET WITH THEM. Nothing in the report reflected a fuel leak and they must have had a clogged nose not to be able to smell the fuel leak on their vehicle inspection.
