Bob B. Littleton, CO	I left a 5 star review earlier, now I find my self having to change it. My SUV started giving me the same problem, after spending $1800.00 I was concerned. The rear hatch lock was broken but it had been for 3 year's and another shop said it would cause no problem. Andrew said it would drain the battery. He said a new lock would be $900.00 but he would give me $100.00 off that. I called Toyota they informed me that the part was only $461.00. I called Andrew back and told him what Toyota said and that they looked the part up by my Vin. He said that was less than his cost, that he would call me back. I never heard back from him. I called Brian the owner and left him a message, he never responded. My SUV is now at a different shop. But I am left wondering if he was so high on that part how much of the $1800.00 was over charged and why would they not call back. I will never go to them again they can't be trusted.

Aurora	I followed Jay, the best jeep professional I know....I was pleased to work with the advisors in the front office, Nate, big Mike, Brent, all who facilitated the prompt repair of my vehicle, provided me with a vehicle to use for several hours, supplied parts and give Jay support to do the magic he does.... despite the significant amount of work itemized, it took only a few moments for me to realize that with Jay taking care of me (my vehicle) that I was making the best choices....and yes, my Jeep runs like new again. it's barely been a week and I'm certain that gas mileage will show improvement as well as overall performance... my 30 mile drive was well worth it. I will not hesitate to do it again.

Karyn B.	I had an auto emergency on Thursday noon. I took my car to the shop on Chatfield and Brett, the manager, asked me about the problem and he took it right in. I was driven home and the car was ready the next morning. They also came out to pick me up to get my car. This is great as I am about 10 miles away from the shop! This is what they do to make the customer not be inconvenienced at all. I know I will not be overcharged like some shops. These guys are professionals from the management to the staff and mechanics. I know I will not be charged for work my car does not need. They tell you upfront what the charge will be and for what work should be done. Not one penny more and sometimes it is less! They also send out reminders about services that are due. I would forget. I am so glad I was recommended to this shop (by another female) and feel confident in the service I receive on my cars. This will be MY SHOP for many years to come. I trust them and they always do the right thing the first time! THANK YOU BRETT, NATE AND MIKE. You guys are the best!!!!! AAAAA+++++
