I was told I would receive pictures of everything they inspect but never did. There is more that could be said about my experience but to put it simply I was not impressed and would not return.

Keith M.	The mechanic that worked on my car (Christian) was fantastic! My service writer (Kevin) was not! No weekly updates unless I called. No apparent communication between he and the mechanic. Prices on parts were pulled out of thin air. The job went from about 6k to over 20k. It went from a month to a year plus. In all fairness though I did add about 8k in extras. There were several issues with my car after the repairs on several occasions and one included it being towed back to the shop. However each time my mechanic (Christian) took full responsibility and tried to resolve each problem. One of the biggest issues for me (other than the price fluctuation) was that my car sat there for months at a time.

Had great details to follow up in a full report. I typically work on most of my own car and was happy to see they found the known issues. Makes me feel confident in their work, plus it’s obvious they are not making things up. I’m definitely more inclined to let them do more of the work I’d be doing. Only reason I’d give them 9 out of 10 is because when I brought it in for an alignment and didn’t notice my control arms had issues then. So I’ll have to do another alignment after I get the control arms replaced. This is minor since the arms are not super obviously warm, have go look closely. They found it this time and included photos. Definitely gives me nee confidence in their detailed inspection.
