Chris S. Charlotte, No	They are a great place to take your vehicle to get repaired. They will not overcharge you, and even recommend alternate, less expensive options if something is a bit costly. I speak from experience. My AC compressor stopped working, which caused my serpentine belt to snap. Cliff recommend a bypass pulley, an option significantly less, less than $100 with labor, instead of almost $900 to replace the compressor.
