TRIED TO SETTLE UP FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NOT NECESSARY BUT SISTER REFUSED TO TAKE MY CARD. WAS TOLD TO SPEAK TO JEREMY WHEN I JUST WANTED TO BE DONE. THAT WAS A JOKE AND NOW IM FORCED TO DRIVE ANOTHER 40 MILES TO REMEDY A SITUATION SINCE JEREMY JUST HAD MORE LIES. NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE ANOTHER 40 MILES ON MY OWN TIME AND DOLLAR TO REMEDY A SITUATION THAT I WANTED DONE YESTERDAY AND GO ELSEWHERE THIS GUY JEREMY AND HIS FAMILY JUST WANT TO GOUGE YOU AND ALTER YOUR LIFE. I WAS DONE AND FINALLY GAVE UP AND SAID ILL JUST PAY MY BILL AND GET MY CAR AND BE DONE BUT HE WENT ON AND ON.!!!! I NOW HAVE FEAR EVEN GETTING MY CAR AND WILL HAVE POLICE ACCOMPANY ME OUT OF FEAR SO I CAN JUST PAY FOR UNAPPROVED SERVICES AND BE GONE. I PLAN TO HAVE FILMING OR POLICE PRESENT WHEN I PAY FOR AND TAKE CAR OUT OF FEAR OF THEM REFUSING TO TAKE MY PAYMENT AND RELEASE MY CAR TO ME YESTERDAY SCARY!!! J	I took my car in for diagnostic of a particular issue. They determined the cause of that problem and proposed a plan for repair. They also pointed out a couple other issues I hadn't mentioned but had noticed, which tells me their diagnostics were thorough. I will definitely be going back for repairs since they clearly know what they're doing. They also had excellent customer service and provided transportation home after dropping off the car as well as bringing the car back to me when they were finished. These are for sure the mechanics I'll be going to throughout my time here in Carbondale.
