	Little disappointed

SPARKS, NV	I was a little disappointed when we picked up the car as they just finished the Air conditioner which worked great but I fail to understand when they drive it off to check it, they never mentioned the banging noise! So we went back and they said it was tire rod so why wasn’t that addressed before we picked up our car. We have paid so much money already on this car with a few delayed parts which can’t be helped but to drive off and hear a noise was sure disappointing. Wesley and Paula Smith

They never mentioned the depth of the tire tread! Mike at this store did advise of the tread depth and was extremely honest and upfront and was able to expedite the tire replacement and installment.
