Summary: Very polite

Review: Very pleasant office staff. I did have a problem and still am waiting to complete the repair. I drop the truck off and came to pick up the truck and there still was a part that needed to arrive. The next day I was called and expected to pick the truck up. There was an error in putting the correct mileage on the odometer so the part needed to be re-ordered. I have my truck but am still waiting for the call telling me the odometer part is in and I can come to your shop and have it installed. Very polite, but not a professional job. Rex H.

Reply: Rex Thank you for taking the time to inform us of your disatisfaction, howevfer the delemna is with the dealership, that first of all didn't get the Part in time and then when they did get it to us they had programmed your mileage 10,000 miles over. We are truly sorry that this happened but at this point the dealership is the only source for your Cluster, and we will try and make it up to you someway. Thanks again Greg, Tinna and Rick
