Review: BEST SERVICE EVER!!! I was driving to DIA in E-470 when my car died. I Googled the nearest repair shop and found Chase about 6 miles away and was able to limp my way there. The staff was very friendly and they were able to take a look at my car that day. Best of all, the owner offered to drive me to DIA and I was able to make my flight! The technician was able to pull a code which indicated that a pump on the high voltage coolant system (hybrid stuff) was failing. Instead of just relying on the code, he actually tested the amperage wave on the pump and confirmed that it was indeed failing before replacing the pump. They also gave my car a safety check and suggested some other preventative repairs. My car was ready and waiting for me the next day after my return flight. It drove great on the way home without any continued issues. I really appreciated the quick turn around so that I didn't have to find another way back to Colorado Springs when I landed. I was so lucky to stumble on to Chase! It is really rare these days to find great service anywhere and they really went above and beyond for me. That, combined with some great mechanics make this shop a real gem!
