Summary: I feel the staff at..

Review: I feel the staff at Chase Automotive do a good job and I dedicated. I recently had my Toyota Highlander serviced at Chase. The needs service symbol was on my dash for a week before I took it in. After service my wife drove the vehicle home. I was disappointed the "needs service" indicator had not been reset. As a result I had to take the vehicle back to Chase and have it reset. They did it at my convenience and were very polite. However, it should have been taken care of before I got it back. The service needed indicator was on when they drove it out of the shop to the parking lot. It appears someone was not paying attention.
