Review: You guys are great! Working for the Boys & Girls Club, we rely on only the best mechanics to ensure our vehicles are safe and road ready to transport kids. Heritage Auto has earned our business not only because they are top quality mechanics, but also because they truly represent integrity in their dealings with all customers. I don't say this just because I know they were given the integrity award by the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Whenever there is a problem, we call them and they help in any way they can and in some cases, save us money by finding the best most cost effective alternative. They have even helped us free of charge at times, just because they want to support the community. A quick example of their customer service is exampled by the time I had my personal vehicle in the shop and the work took longer than expected. Tony Zanders personally drove over to his shop, pulled the children's safety seat from his truck, and told me to hop in and use it for the evening, just so I could make my appointments. You don't find that willingness to help too often anymore. You won't regret bringing your vehicle to Heritage Auto. I rank my likelihood to refer them to a friend at a 10 because I have more than once.
