Summary: Rex and the entire team..

Review: Rex and the entire team at Heritage Auto get all 5 stars but they deserve 10. My vehicle required a major repair which was going to be expensive and time consuming. Rex had the team take a second look to make sure nothing was on the estimate that wasn't immediately necessary. As a result, I saved time and money. Honestly, from the moment I made the appt. to when I picked up my car, I was treated with kindness and consideration. The team worked to get my car completed sooner than anticipated which was a tremendous help to me. Rex even stayed past closing so I could pick up my car after work. He went above and beyond what other repair shops consider good customer service - Heritage Auto has raised the standard.
