Summary: I had several perplexing issues..

Review: I had several perplexing issues with my car - a T-bird. Heritage kept digging deeper to ferret out the source of the problems. Initially they fixed all but one problem and the source of that one was particularly elusive. I needed to go out of town for a couple months taking my car with me. Heritage offered to suspend my work order, holding it open until I got back so we could resolve that one remaining issue. Once I got back I brought the car in again and they took a different approach to that last problem. This new approach led them to the source and the problem was fixed for a lot less work and a lot less money than we'd initially thought it would require. Hats off to Heritage Auto Repair!
