Summary: Going to a auto shop..

Review: Going to a auto shop with a "broken" car is right up there with dentist and IRS in regards to the unknown. I was referred to Hertiage by a co-worker and I couldn't be happier. As a professional myself, the importance of customer service is paramount. The shop present its self clean and organized giving myself a sense of comfort in leaving my car there.The personnel also represented themselves as professional. I was informed thru-out the process and told in detail what was wrong with my car, the "fix" and the estimated cost.It was done in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased and relieved in the results. So relieved, I left our other car there. I would recommend them to anyone.
