Review: My car broke down in Escondido away from my town and mechanic. They were quick to diagnose and I really appreciated the text updates they send on what is happening with your car. The updates were very detailed. I wanted to get my car to my regular mechanic not because I didn't like Brian's but I like to build my car history in one place. Brian's took care of what needed to be done asap and they didn't haggle me or give me the cold shoulder for wanting to get my car to my mechanic. When I picked up my car the front desk and Brian took me under the hood and taught me what was going on and gave me car care tips. Then my car broke down two blocks away because I needed a new battery (which we knew) and Brian ran to me to jump it. That was very nice! I would recommend them.
