Brian and his crew at Brian's Automotive diagnostic covers that with flying colors. If you want your vehicle serviced and repaired correctly and timely that is what you will get at Brian's . There is something that you won't get tho, at Brian's Automotive Diagnostic. You won't get anyone trying to upsell you on anything that you don't need and you won't get anyone trying to add on work to increase the bill. The Napa easy pay credit card is just another bonus that is accepted there and is like six months same as cash. So If you you want to apply for that card before you go to Brian's you will get that added benefit also. You don't have to but why wouldn't you when you you can take advantage of two things that are a win win situation. The best mechanic and crew in the area plus a convenient payment option for car repairs . If your burned out on the car repair scam routines and poor service here's your opportunity to experience the opposite of that. Brian doesn't joke around too much or smile a whole lot. but he's honest and knowledgeable about his business and strives to give his customers the best service and value for their money. That's pretty much it right there. I could go on and on and give you examples but,ok just one. Today they put on a new set of fog lights on my truck for me. The switch that came with the lights didn't work on my truck. The young fella that was working on my truck took the switch from his truck and put it in my truck so lights would work and I could go home. That's above and beyond the call of duty. I'm not looking for another mechanic after knowing how these guys operate. They're in a league of their own. I was just lucky to bump into them.
