Summary: This was my first service..

Review: This was my first service with Eastside Bavarian since my Factory warranty expired. I visited their shop on a BMW CCA tech session and itâ€™s what led me to utilize their services. Ken and the team were very professional and the prices were very affordable compared to what I paid the dealership for non-warranty items! I really loved how Eastside kept me informed with their status emails and phone call; excellent customer service. I will return for all of my BMW needs. I wish they were open on Saturday because I normally work M-F in Seattle.
