Review: Shop knows what they are doing, service writers are not only knowledgeable, but friendly and fun to hang with as well as "takin' care o' bidness". When I asked them to show me a part that was replaced, they not only did so graciously but also demonstrated and explained why it needed to be replaced (and this as after long term advance warning at a prior visit). I started to go here once vehicle came off warranty and have been most pleased - would recommend (as the scale says) "in a heartbeat". M
