Review: I was able to get an appointment within 2 days and all the repairs to my Passat were quoted before any work was started. I did have to wait an extra day to get my car back because of a mis-communication when I left a message to begin the work but when I did get my car back it was repaired as promised and had also been vacuumed. All employees were friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Eastside Bavarian was easy to work with and I will continue to service my Passat, Jetta, and BMW here!
