In addition to fixing my issue even faster than they quoted, Dave took time to explain what had been done and they even vacuumed my car so that it came back cleaner than i'd left it. I have recommended every person I know with a BMW to go to Eastside, and they've all become as big of fans as I am. I feel that the value, quality of service, and skill level is superior to all the other BMW shops in Western Washington.
