Summary: Our 528i was lekaing oil...

Review: Our 528i was lekaing oil. We took to the Eastside Bavarian. Ken is the advisor I delat with. They easily could have cheated me and gave me huge estimate. They were honest and told the porblem was with drain plug whihc was sheared. Oil was changed by Jiff in dec and It was leaking in Jan. I took to Jiff lube again. But, apranetly the broke the first plug and without removing the first plug completely , the put second one. Also, Ken never puts any pressure to get repaired other things like many other shops (How many times you heard timing belt is reday to blow off!). He gave me estimates for other problems only after I asked for it. i felt confortable delaing with Wastside Bavarian
