Review: I would tell them that in my 22 years as a licensed driver, I have never received such quality service when it comes to automotive repair. I recently moved to Centennial from Thornton and after numerous truck and trailer hauls finishing up my move in my 2010 F-150 she started making sounds letting me know she wasn’t feeling well. Checkpoint automotive is right around the corner from my new home so I stopped in and spoke with Larry about my situation. He was very warm & inviting and understood my need to get back on the road as it is also my work truck. without any commitment to continue service with checkpoint automotive I was offered a selection of loaner vehicles to use while they diagnosed the problem. It was that type of customer service that let me know that I was in good hands. It didn’t even cost me anything for a diagnostic and a borrowed vehicle. By the next morning I received a call from their mechanic Paul. They diagnosed my problem and found other issues that would have had me back in a repair shop a few weeks later had the other issues not been found. My repairs were quite costly however they work with a couple financing options to ease the pain of spending thousands on the spot. They are closed on weekends but considering I had a loaned vehicle they provided I wasn’t worried about not having my truck till Monday. Come Monday, I received a morning call letting me know my truck was ready. I returned my loaner vehicle and was back on the road and back to work in my new home here in Centennial. What a great way to start anew life in a new city with a revived pickup truck. Thanks to the team at Checkpoint Automotive!!! You have a new loyal customer in the Hillje family 👍🏻
