Review: This company goes WAY ABOVE and beyond!! We were on a trip, 3 hours from home and the alternator died, thus the battery died and left us stranded on the road. Our tow truck driver recommended PROTIME and took us there. Sheila (front desk) and Paul (shop side) were the best, kindest people and worked us into the repair rotation that day. If fact, they went past closing time to make sure our car was repaired that day and correctly. We had to get parts from a parts store and that day an accident on a local road caused delays in getting the parts but PROTIME employees did everything to get the parts there that day. I can never thank the employees of this business enough. And as we waited that day, all customers coming through the door were treated the same way, kind, fair, and seemed pleased with this business. If I lived here locally, THIS would be my repair shop. They even gave us directions to get around rush hour to get on our way south to Jacksonville...
