Summary: Quality Care

Review: The service and customer service is top notch. The only complaint I had/have is I was told that my next oil service was on you all. My service today was almost $80 bucks. Whoa insane amount. Would’ve been totally acceptable if I had been made aware of the costs up front. Once stated I had emails front the owner stating my service was on him Chad then said oh ok “ which ones were you offered? The $25 or the $30?” I said I’ll pull up the emails and he said it’s ok he’d combine them for the total of $55 off. So, I was under the impression we were covered. Too my surprise I still had a $22 dollar balance. Looks like the biggest cost on my detailed receipt is the Euro Oil which for the record is completely fine if I had known that’s what would be used. I was asked by Chad upon dropping off my car as to which oil I wanted to use and my response was “I have no idea”. Maybe moving forward one could make the vehicle owner aware of the different costs associated with the particular product used. Again this will not stop me from coming back as you all are super friendly and fast. I was just disappointed. I’ll be back!!!
