Summary: Fast turn around

Review: I brought my 2015 Nissan Xterra in for oil change and mentioned to Keith who was at the front desk about my cooling system during the winter was not getting warm at idle but on the highway the heater worked. So I asked that they investigate what the problem was. They called me back keeping me informed throughout the whole process I might add. That cooling system needed only a radiator cap and suggested a flush. My vehicle has about 140000 miles and had never been serviced. I agreed to the services and after completing the cap and flush they were not satisfied with the operation of the cooling system and verified the moving the coolant as designed and suggested I replace the water pump which had been making noise on start up. But while they were in there they found that the thermostat had also failed along with the radiator due to the weak water pump not moving the water throughout the system. The great news is that they didn’t charge me labor or parts to replace the radiator or the thermostat, therefore cutting my bill in half. They apologized for how long it took them to diagnose the cooling system problem. I am an Honest One castle hills client for Life. Thank you for doing an Honest job and taking care of your customers.
