Summary: The shop has it all!

Review: We’ve always had amazing customer service at Juanita Firs. This most recent visit was for a 2019 vehicle with 38k miles that needed a new front bearing. Luckily, we had purchased an extended warranty. Brooke helped navigate those waters, submitting the paperwork and securing the authorization for service under the warranty! So very helpful. Another way they stand out is the use of texting to keep you apprised of the status of appointments, and when the work is done. Super helpful! It’s often difficult to find dependability (coupled with good work) these days, but we’ve always felt JF hits the mark!
