Summary: I could

Review: I could say that the engine change was completed and it runs and I'm happy about that. I would also let them know that I don't trust this company and I feel like I got screwed a little bit because after having my car back a couple of days I noticed my a/c no longer works and the engine had a substantial oil leak. I brought the car back to address those things and Ray basically told me both things happened after the car left and declined to take any responsibility. At no time was this air conditioning inoperable prior to the visit to Ron's automotive, but I got told there is now a leak from the condenser in the dash. It seems to me that something may have been damaged during the maintenance, but whether they were aware or not, the repair bill says a/c checked good and I even got charged for freon. Someone probably over pressured my system, and it cracked, and now Ray just expects me to go away and just accept it. It is unacceptable but when I brought it back I was given no genuine consideration for my experience. He kept it in the shop overnight and then told me a story the next day to make me go away. Ray also told me that the oil leak was from the oil cooler, and that I would need to spend another $1,100 for the part. He said it was mine from the original engine and something about the tech had a difficulty with it and mine was chewed up and wouldn't seal correctly which I was never told about until that moment when the car was back in shop. I just changed the $5 gasket behind the cooler, which was in stock at autozone across the street from you, and when I removed the cooler the old gasket fell out in pieces. I can't believe that he wouldn't have tried changing the gasket unless he's lying about everything. I'm pretty sure there's an explanation somewhere but the way I see it is I got sweet talked up until the point where the service writer's commission was in jeopardy from my vehicle returning with problems, that the shop caused, and then I was dismissed with a couple of lines of bs. I'm very unhappy about thi
