Summary: Great customer service

Review: Being a long term customer I am extremely disappointed with my last visit. No customer should EVER be belittled or talk down upon no matter what the circumstances are. I fully understand everyone has their not so bright moments in life, but in a customer service area of business verbal disrespect to a customer coming from a business personal is completely uncalled for.

Reply: Omar, we are so sorry to hear your feelings about your visit. Please know that it is never, ever our desire that a customer feels belittled - we usually hear the opposite feedback, that people feel respected and talked to with kindness. We spoke with our staff, and they were surprised to hear your feelings and were unaware that you had felt that way and simply perceived that you were frustrated with the many things that were not working with your vehicle. In your situation, I know that your car unfortunately had quite a few things that were not working properly due to its age, and it can be very frustrating to try and decide whether to make the repairs or decide to move on to a new vehicle. We truly hoped and still hope that we can help you in any way possible. As a long term customer, you've brought us your vehicles to us for service for quite some time, and we would love to be able to continue to serve you in the future.
